Products I Cannot Live Without
If I find myself telling everyone I know about a game changer I figure might as well put it here. Some I sell since they are Chinese Medicine related and others are just sharing information. Please enjoy!
Evil Bone Water
Yes, you heard me right. It is called Evil Bone Water.
It is a topical herbal liniment originally formulated for martial arts practitioners to treat their injuries. It has since been adopted for widespread used in Traditional Chinese medicine to relieve pain, aid the healing of injuries and treat all sorts of inflammatory skin conditions.

The name is an imprecise but playful translation of the traditional formula's name, Zheng Xie Gu Shui. I favor this brand because they use high quality herbs, which most topicals use low graded and therefore are less effective. It is made in the United States by a Veteran and is a small business, plus the guys is pretty kooky - check out their instagram and you will see what I mean. He also highlights all the uses people have reported back with positive outcomes. https://www.instagram.com/evilbonewater/?hl=en
So What to use it for?? Well my favorite use is on mosquito bites. Yes it is amazing for pain but in the summer we use it nightly at home. As part of our bedtime routine every new welt from a day outside gets a bandaid that first gets spritzed with EBV. I swear it is magic. No kiddos up itching all night and later scarring. This applies to really any red, inflamed tissue issue. You can only buy from licensed Acupuncturists. I love carrying and selling it. Available for in office pick-up or can be shipped anywhere in the US.
Tibetan Foot Soaks
When a tree dies, the root rots first. Yikes! This saying highlights both the importance of taking care of your feet and how the state of your feet are a reflection of your overall health.

This foot soak is my absolute favorite. Sustainability wildcrafted botanicals enriched with Tibetan minerals provide the deep healing experience of a high mountain hot spring. Most commonly used for pain, menstrual disorders, and supporting healthy circulation.
Some examples of patients I see in clinic and have doing foot soaks are Rheumatoid arthritis cases (with symptoms not just isolated to the feet), fertility, neuropathy, those with excess fluid retention in the lower extremities. They are literally the best. The cost is high because the quality is too. Also you can reuse each herbal soak up to three times.
Korean Sunscreen - Beauty of Joseon
Sunscreen + skincare that you actually enjoy putting on.

The US FDA has not approved a new chemical sunscreen since the 1999, also my highschool graduation year - so it goes without saying a lot has changed since then. This semi explains why we are all greasy and geisha like in the summer months when trying our best to use zinc based products. Additionally we all know Koreans don't fool around with their skincare. So I was interested to explore. This is my absolute favorite for a non-waterproof option. Great price point, protects, goes on smooth (I actually was skeptical at first b/c of how pleasant it wast to apply) plus added probiotic and skin nourishing ingredients. Try it and you will fall in love.
