We bill directly for patients, collecting only the co-pay at time of service. Currently in-network with Cigna and the Tri-West Veteran’s Choice program. Non-HMO plans often have some coverage for providers both in and out of their network.
If you prefer to pay at time of service and submit a Superbill for reimbursement that can be arranged as well.

Insurance coverage can vary wildly but one commonality is pain needing to be a chief complaint. Pain conditions are often specific to include neck, back, chronic headaches, etc., but should be verified on an individual basis.
Insurance does not cover for treatment of gynecology, fertility, insomnia, stress, anxiety or digestive issues unless there is also a pain condition involved in the presentation.
Herbal consults, formulas and supplements are unfortunately never considered a covered service and are to be paid at time of service.
