Your first visit is a full picture. We'll go through your health history, talk through what's brought you in and what you're hoping to feel like on the other side, and use Chinese medicine diagnosis — pulse, tongue, palpation — to identify the underlying patterns driving your symptoms. From there, we build a personalized plan. Treatment begins in this first session and may include acupuncture, herbal medicine evaluation, or both, depending on what will be most effective for you. After your initial visit you'll be considered an Established Patient and can book follow-ups online. HSA/FSA cards are welcome.

This session offers full Acupuncture session with the addition of 30 minutes of fire cupping and/or Gua Sha. Great bodies that need a little more care.

This session combines acupuncture with Motor Point Needling — a targeted technique that resets inhibited muscles and releases stubborn tissue that hands-on work can't always reach. May also include electroacupuncture, cupping, or gua sha as needed. Raechel works with runners, cyclists, CrossFitters, and humans that like to enjoy moving their bodies. A focused consultation to assess your current symptoms and prescribe a custom herbal formula for a one week course of treatment. Herbal assessment is available with Acupuncture appointments or as standalone appointment. Acute concerns may need single evaluation with week or two of herbs. Patients with chronic conditions should consider a monthly herbal care plan. Details to be discussed during evaluation. Telehealth herbal consultations are also available for patients who prefer to meet virtually.
